Rules for wireless telephone products' repair, exchange, and return responsibilities; rules for telephone products repair, exchange, and return responsibilities; General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China met on 9/5/2001, General Administration of Industrial, Commercial Control of the People's Republic of China met on 6/6/2001, Information Products Ministry met on 8/10/2001, and passed the above rules to be in force from 11/15/2001.
