Joseph has more than 10 years of experience in the areas of Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Operations Management in Hewlett Packard and Agilent Technologies. He currently leads the Logistics teams in Asia Pacific and Japan .

In the last few years he has implemented various innovative logistics initiatives within the company. Joseph observes a growing trend towards globalization, internationalism and implementation of centralized planning systems. Standardization globally across different countries lowers the cost of support. Since different countries have different trade policies and tariffs, there present opportunities to reduce costs through localization. He will use a case study to demonstrate how reverse logistics localization is used to gain a competitive advantage in China .

Joseph is a graduate in Accountancy from the National University of Singapore.
