Bill Kenney is EVP Sales and Business Development, OnProcess Technology Inc. Bill has been with OnProcess since the first year of it's inception and has been responsible for all major National Accounts with a strong focus on the Wireless Industry.
Bill brings over 20 years of an extensive background of senior level sales experience for manufacturing, in both the domestic and international markets.
OnProcess is a 3PL - (and sometimes works as a 4PL) - our niche is working with clients to help them manage the returns coming back from their customers in the event of an Advanced Exchange, or Warranty Replacement with Direct Fulfillment. Our Proactive Customer Resolution ensures a high rate of recovery of the defective inventory, a shorter return cycle time, and a world class level of Customer Follow Up and support for the warranty claim.
